We are taking a step forward towards a data-driven approach that can help HR leaders to measure the impact of these initiatives and evaluate the Return-on-the Investment.
Our approach aims at measuring 5 simple indexes (i.e., connectivity, productivity, creativity, strategy alignment and Inclusion) as foundations of a sustainable team culture and on which we believe offsites can have a major impact.
APPROACH AND DESIGN PRINCIPLES
Our proposed approach for a pilot is based on a simple survey of 5 questions to be shared in three different moments:
- Before the offsite as a baseline to measure the starting point
- Right after the offsite (within a week) to measure the short term impact and feedback
- After 1-2 months from the offsite to see the impact on the medium term and identify corrective actions
