THE TOWN
A TUSCAN TREASURE
Olive tree fields | Oak woods | Between Arezzo and Firenze
Pergine is a small town, but with a big heart. Easy to reach -it is in between Arezzo and Firenze-, it is however far away from mass tourism and it has thus preserved its authenticity and charm. Surrounded by green oak woods and olive tree fields, it is the perfect destination for both focusing on your work far away from any distraction and enjoying the lively atmosphere of a real village.

SURROUNDINGS
History & Art
With its distinctive medieval center, Pergine rivals in beauty the most famous Tuscan towns. Feel the atmosphere of the small municipality square, where the signature of an American soldier passing by during the war is still preserved on the walls, and make a stroll through the characteristic “vicoletti” (tiny pedestrian streets).
Food & Wine
Prepare for the simple yet tasty food of the real Tuscan tradition! Wild boar, pappardelle, porcini mushrooms, prosciutto… all produced in the surrounding area, to be paired with a fiasco of local red wine. After an aperitivo at the Bar Raffa, of course!
Nature
In the middle of Valdarno and Chianti, Pergine is the perfect base for excursions in the nature. Whether you want to participate in the olive harvesting, pick mushrooms in the woods or do sup in the nearby fresh river, there’s always plenty of sport or relaxing activities.
Mobility
Pergine is located in the province of Arezzo, approximately 30 minutes from Arezzo and 1 hour from Firenze.
The town center is small and everything you might need is at walking distance, but we suggest you to rent a bike for your excursions in the nature!
CO-WORKING
Work with a view on the olive tree fields
Fast wi-fi and desks | Views | Library
Paolo will open you the doors of what is probably one of the “offices” with the most relaxing views. Located into the municipal library, or co-working is a great place where to focus on your tasks. And if you need a break, there’s Samanta bar just a hundred meters from there – ask for a few free biscotti 😉
It features fast wi-fi, desks, and everything needed for productivity. Plus a wonderful library with books in both Italian and English.

“I used to spend summers in Pergine with my grandparents when I was a little child, but it’s only since I moved here that I fell in love with this small community and the everyday life. I want you to fall in love as much as I did!”
