TERMS OF THE OFFER
Eligibility for receiving two additional nights to your workcation period
All Everli employees / contractors who will book before 31/12/2021 a workcation period taking place before 31/05/2022 in Sciacca or Pergine will be automatically awarded two additional nights for free (as per policy, the reservation can be cancelled up to 8 days prior to check in without incurring in any fee).
Selection of the Roadtrip winner
The winner of the Roadtrip package will be randomly selected among those employees / contractors who booked a workcation period with Smartway by 31/12/2021. In order to be eligible for the Roadtrip, the booked workcation period must take place before 31/05/2022. The winner will be announced on 06/01/2022. In case the winner, for any reason, does not intend to use of the Roadtrip promo, another winner will be randomly selected.
Period and duration of the Roadtrip
The Roadtrip will take place in March 2022 (the initial day of the Roadtrip must be between 01/03/2022 and 15/03/2022). The duration of the Roadtrip is 14 nights / 15 days.
Partecipants to the Roadtrip
The Roadtrip promo is valid for two Everli employees / contractors. The winner will select a second Everli employee / contractor who will join him/her during the Roadtrip.
Included in the Roadtrip
The Roadtrip includes 14 nights in 3 different Smartway towns selected by the winner (Accommodations will be chosen by Smartway), car rental for 15 days (car provided by Smartway), fuel expenses for travelling from Town to Town (up to 300EUR) and meals (up to 40€ per day per person).
Not included in the Roadtrip
The Roadtrip does not include the travel to the town where the Roadtrip will start and everything which is not explicitly listed under the point “Included”.
Roadtrip modification policy
Requests for modifications made up to 14 days before the first intended day of the Roadtrip will be examined by the Smartway team, which will try to accommodate them (even though no guarantee is given on successful acceptance of the requests for modification).
