Oasi Galbusera Bianca is a charming Bio Relais, immersed in the green hills of the Curone Valley in Brianza, within a WWF oasis of biodiversity.

Situated in an ancient village dating back to the 14th century, it offers an organic restaurant serving products from its own organic and biodynamic farm, a meeting room ideal for courses and company meetings, catering services for celebrations, and various hyperlocal experiences. Oasi Galbusera Bianca has been renovated using certified organic materials and energy from renewable sources with zero carbon dioxide emissions. It has earned recognition as a WWF Oasis in Lombardy for its cultivation of ancient fruit varieties of biodiversity.

Galbusera Bianca Oasis interprets and fulfills the desires of those who want to immerse themselves in a green dimension, a small world of peace and serenity while walking amidst greenery, crossing cultivated terraces, rows of cypress trees, streams, woods, and meadows that change color with the seasons.

Oasi Galbusera Bianca embraces an ethical and sustainable environmental approach to the area. Occupying 20 hectares, it boasts the cultivation of 100 ancient apple varieties, 60 pear varieties, 40 fig varieties, and 40 plum varieties, alongside a synergistic vegetable garden.

This ambitious project, rooted in integral organic and biodynamic agriculture, has successfully preserved over 300 endangered fruit varieties of the valley to date.
