Hinto has decided to build a solution for its corporate structure that allows a workation period every 4 months (Jan-Apr, May-Aug, Sept-Dec).
Each employee decides autonomously where and when to go every four months, selecting the preferred location from the smartway portfolio and spending 7 days of life/work balance.
