Caffeina gave 15 managers the chance to bring their teams to a smartway village to get to know each other better while continuing to work day-by-day. No small apartments, no girlfriends/boyfriends, but big sharate houses and only colleagues.
The 4 days were characterized by physical and cultural activities only after 5:30 pm, time from which the diaries of remote workers were no longer available for calls or meetings!How was the initiative communicated? As the best possible Christmas present, to be enjoyed throughout 2022.
